- Performance of candidate sourcing in the fields of Senior Director, VP & C-Level vacancies
- Search for experienced top executives in key positions with established SMEs and corporate groups
- Salary bracket starting from approx. € 150k+ basic annual gross salary
- Costs for client calculated individually with the offer
- We work on the basis of a kick-off fee, a fee on presentation of the candidates and a bonus if the vacancy is filled (thirds rule) plus all travelling costs/expenses
Procedure
- Performance period: from commissioning through to successful hiring
- Executive search mandates are handled by our Lead Consultant/ Partner Level
- Following an initial briefing, we immediately begin with an in-depth analysis of the candidate market and start our search
- After the 1st call with the candidates, we draw up a ranking of available candidates for the client
- In the next step, our consultants hold personal interviews with the “shortlisted” candidates
- This is followed by a feedback round with the client before the first personal talks are held between the candidates & client
- In the further course of proceedings, we are here to advise our candidates and clients at all times. We are happy both to help them schedule meetings and can attend these ourselves on request
- We remain in close contact with the candidates and try to keep them “satisfied” with your company at all times, e.g. during possible delays in the recruitment process
- During the final salary negotiations, we are here to help you and your candidates avoid any mistakes and overcome communication problems in this often very delicate stage of proceedings
- One aspect we consider very important in the executive sector is how to deal with rejected candidates. It is particularly important for us that candidates who have been rejected can still be contacted in future for your company
